Terravita was developed by Del Webb Corporation and is a guard gated community in north Scottsdale with 823 acres.  Members enjoy the award winning golf course, which is listed as one of the area’s top 10 private courses.  With a membership cap of 325, more than 50 percent of the members live full-time.  In addition to the award-winning golf course,  residents can drive their own golf cart to give them convenient access to the clubhouse, fitness center, pool, Desert Pavilion community center, and shops and restaurants located just outside the back gate.  Terravita is a community for all ages with an active lifestyle.
